 Have a skillset strong in excellent customer service
 Have the ability to drive sales and reach goals

 Can abide by and adhere to corporate policies

Physical Capabilities:
 Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
 Must be able to climb a ladder in order to facilitate the changing of lights/changing of displays
