Check out our three new seating areas equipped with muskoka chairs and benches made locally.  Feel relaxed like you are at the cottage while you shop.

Wheelchair and Stroller Loans
We would be happy to provide you with a wheelchair, walker or stroller during your visit to the centre at no charge. All we ask is that a piece of identification be shown and a short form filled out, then you are free to borrow one anytime.

Family Washroom
We have a large family washroom available at the Food Court for mother's, the elderly or people in wheelchairs to use and have more space to move about in privacy.  

Baby Feeding Area
Inside of Home & Community Support Services just outside of the Sears mall entrance there is a private, comfortable area mothers can feed their babies.

First Aid
From band-aids to emergencies, Guest Services works in partnership with our Security & Life Safety TEAM to ensure the safety of your visit is our top priority. Heritage Place Security and Maintenance staff are trained to use the shopping centres defibrillator and administer Oxygen therapy to those in need.

In-Mall Paging
Re-uniting family & friends, drop by the Customer Service Centre and we would be happy to page your loved one for you.

Whether in the mall or at home, we'll be happy to assist you in finding a store or service. We also have a large variety of magazines and brochures for many local attractions.

The Heritage Walkers Club runs all year round, Monday through Friday 7:00am - 10:00am. It's Fun. It's easy. And it's FREE. Simply register with Parks, Recreation and Culture Department - City Hall at (519) 376-1440 or contact Guest Services.

Car Boosting
Our Maintenance staff would be happy to assist you if you ever have a dead battery. Or contact Guest Services and they will make a complimentary call to a towing company.
